STRUCTURAL – PEB
AND CONSTRUCTION

  • 1. Decking Sheets:

    • Decking sheets are used primarily for flooring or roofing in steel structures. They are profiled steel sheets that act as a support base for concrete slabs, providing both a stable surface and strength. They are commonly used in the construction of industrial buildings, warehouses, and commercial structures.

    • These sheets provide a solid base for the slab, reducing the need for additional formwork, and they contribute to the structural integrity of the building.

    2. C and Z Purlins:

    • Purlins are horizontal members used in steel roofing and cladding systems to support the roof deck and provide stability. They come in different profiles:

      • C Purlins: These are C-shaped steel sections used as supporting members for roof and wall structures. They are commonly used in low- to medium-span buildings.

      • Z Purlins: These are Z-shaped steel sections, often used when higher load-carrying capacity and strength are needed in roofing and structural applications. Z purlins can interlock with one another to increase strength and are used in larger buildings or those requiring increased support.

    3. PUF Panels:

    • PUF (Polyurethane Foam) Panels are sandwich panels made with a layer of polyurethane foam sandwiched between two layers of metal (usually galvanized steel or aluminum). These panels are commonly used for roofing and wall cladding.

    • They offer excellent thermal insulation and soundproofing properties, making them suitable for use in cold storage facilities, warehouses, and factories where temperature control is important.

    4. M.S Structural (Angles, Channels, Square Rods, Flats Plates, I-Beam-TMT):

    • M.S (Mild Steel) Structural components are essential in building construction, providing structural support and strength.

      • Angles: L-shaped steel bars used for reinforcement in frames and structural components.

      • Channels: U-shaped steel sections used for beams and columns, providing high strength and stability.

      • Square Rods: Steel rods with a square cross-section, often used in various structural applications.

      • Flats Plates: Flat steel sheets or bars, used in a variety of structural, mechanical, and architectural applications.

      • I-Beam: Steel beams with an “I” shape that offer high strength and are typically used in construction, especially in frameworks for buildings.

      • TMT (Thermo-Mechanically Treated) Bars: These are high-strength, corrosion-resistant bars used in reinforced concrete and other structural applications.

    5. Corten Steel Plates and Air Preheater Tubes:

    • Corten Steel Plates: This is a type of steel that forms a stable rust-like appearance when exposed to weather, protecting it from further corrosion. It is used for its aesthetic appeal and high resistance to atmospheric elements.

    • Air Preheater Tubes: These tubes are used in boilers and other heat exchangers to preheat air before it enters combustion chambers. They are typically made from corrosion-resistant materials and are crucial for improving energy efficiency in industrial applications.

    6. Centering Sheets:

    • Centering Sheets are temporary supports used during the construction of concrete slabs, beams, and other structures. These sheets form the base of formwork and provide stability to the structure until the concrete sets and hardens.

    • They are generally made from steel or plywood and can be used in both residential and commercial construction.

    7. Slotted Angles/Shutter Strip:

    • Slotted Angles: These are metal angles with pre-drilled holes along the length, allowing for flexible, adjustable, and easy-to-assemble framing systems. They are commonly used in shelving, racking, and structural support systems.

    • Shutter Strips: These are used in construction as part of shuttering systems for formwork. They ensure the correct alignment and strength of concrete structures, such as walls or columns.

    8. S.S / G.I Turbo Ventilators with Polycarbonate Base Plate:

    • S.S (Stainless Steel) / G.I (Galvanized Iron) Turbo Ventilators: These are ventilation systems used to remove hot air, fumes, and moisture from industrial buildings. They work using natural wind energy and are often used for passive ventilation in factories, warehouses, and rooftops
