DECORATIVE ROOFING
SHEET /SPECIALTY ROOFING

  • 1. Roofing Shingles (Onduline Sheets):

    • Onduline Sheets are a type of roofing material made from bitumen (asphalt) and organic fibers. These sheets are lightweight, easy to install, and provide excellent water resistance.

    • Roofing Shingles made from Onduline are commonly used in both residential and commercial buildings. The sheets are designed to mimic the look of traditional shingles while providing better durability and water resistance.

    • Onduline sheets are known for their excellent performance in various weather conditions, including rain, hail, and wind, making them an ideal choice for low-pitched roofs.

    2. UPVC Rain Tile / Plain and Gutters:

    • UPVC (Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Rain Tiles: These are roofing tiles made from a durable, weather-resistant plastic material. They are often used as an alternative to traditional clay or concrete tiles due to their lighter weight, ease of installation, and resistance to corrosion.

    • Plain UPVC Tiles: These are smooth, non-profiled tiles used for covering roofs in a simple, efficient manner.

    • UPVC Gutters: These are used for collecting and directing rainwater from roofs, protecting the building’s foundation. UPVC is a popular material for gutters due to its resistance to corrosion, long lifespan, and low maintenance requirements.

    • Advantages: UPVC is lightweight, highly durable, resistant to chemicals and UV rays, and requires little maintenance compared to other materials like wood or metal.

    3. FRP Sheets:

    • FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) Sheets: These are lightweight, durable sheets made from a combination of plastic resin and fiberglass. FRP sheets are highly resistant to corrosion, chemicals, and extreme weather conditions, making them ideal for use in industrial buildings, warehouses, and other structures.

    • These sheets can be used for both roofing and cladding purposes and come in a variety of thicknesses and profiles. They are often used in applications where transparency or light diffusion is needed, such as greenhouses, skylights, or industrial roofs.

    • Advantages: They offer high tensile strength, low weight, excellent corrosion resistance, and are available in clear, translucent, or opaque forms, providing different levels of light transmission.

    4. Solid/Multi-Wall Embossed and Clear Polycarbonate Roofing:

    • Polycarbonate Roofing Sheets: Polycarbonate is a strong, transparent plastic material often used in roofing applications to allow natural light into buildings. Polycarbonate sheets can be solid or multi-wall (hollow), providing insulation and strength.

      • Solid Polycarbonate Sheets: These sheets are made of a single, solid layer of polycarbonate, providing excellent impact resistance, thermal insulation, and UV protection. They are used in roofing systems, skylights, and greenhouses.

      • Multi-Wall Polycarbonate Sheets: These have a honeycomb or multi-layer structure, which provides better insulation properties. The multiple layers help reduce heat transfer and increase strength, making them ideal for use in areas requiring good insulation, like conservatories, or as a part of energy-efficient buildings.

      • Embossed Polycarbonate Sheets: These have a textured surface that diffuses light, reducing glare and providing privacy while still allowing natural light to pass through. They are typically used in commercial, industrial, and residential applications
